1060H0 aluminum disc belongs to the 1000 series aluminum alloy, and its chemical composition mainly includes: aluminum (Al) content higher than 99.6%, silicon (Si) accounting for 0.25%, copper (Cu) accounting for 0.05%, magnesium (Mg) accounting for 0.03%, zinc (Zn) accounting for 0.05%, manganese (Mn) accounting for 0.03%, titanium (Ti) accounting for 0.03%, vanadium (V) accounting for 0.05%, and iron (Fe) accounting for 0.350%. ‌

In terms of physical properties, 1060H0 aluminum discs have high plasticity, corrosion resistance, conductivity, and thermal conductivity, but their strength is low and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, resulting in poor machinability. It is easy to withstand various pressure processing, stretching, and bending, and is suitable for a variety of application scenarios. ‌
